Baig Mortgages SMS Program
Program Description
The Baig Mortgages SMS Program provides service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, mortgage updates, support notifications, and follow-up communications. Messages are delivered using systems operated by Susanoo Inc., the technology provider supporting Baig Mortgages’ messaging infrastructure.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.
Rejoining Instructions
If you have opted out and wish to rejoin, simply complete any opt-in form on the Baig Mortgages website or re-submit your information as you did originally. Opt-in consent will restore SMS messages to your number.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be used by subcontractors who support customer service and SMS delivery, including Susanoo Inc. All other use categories exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any external entities except aggregators and providers of text message services strictly required to transmit your messages.
